Privacy policy

Kingston Falls, effective October 25, 2026

Kingston Falls makes software apps. This policy covers our apps, our support, and this website.

Each app works with different data, so each has its own page saying what it reads, what it stores, and for how long. Those pages are part of this policy:

What we hold ourselves

If you write to us, we receive what you send: your name, your email address, and your message. We use it only to help you, and we keep it for up to two years.

When an app is sold through a marketplace, the marketplace gives us details of each installation. This includes the customer’s site address, the license, and the names and email addresses of its billing and technical contacts. We use this information for licensing, support, and notices about the app, such as security notices. Each app’s page says what its marketplace passes on.

Our apps write log lines so that we can find faults. Each app’s page says what its logs hold. We design them to hold no names, email addresses, or message contents.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. Each app’s page names the companies that host and run it. Support email is stored by our email provider.

This website

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics. The company that hosts it may keep ordinary server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for a short time.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at privacy@kingstonfalls.com. We answer within 30 days.

Data that an app keeps inside your own organization’s systems is controlled by your organization. Each app’s page says how your administrators can see or remove it.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you can also complain to your data protection authority. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not sell or share personal information as that law defines those words.

Changes to this policy

We change the date at the top when this policy changes. If a change affects how an app handles personal data, we tell the sites that have it installed before the change takes effect.
